Description and Information:
The ISEL is delighted to join with the International Law Association (Irish Branch) to host this joint event, at which important aspects of EU and international law will be addressed.
Mr. Justice Gerard Hogan will speak on "Horizontal Effect, Directives and the Charter".
Dr. Suzanne Kingston, BL will speak on "When Worlds Collide - the CJEU and International Law".
The event is open to all. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To register for the event, please go to www.isel.ie and complete the registration form.
